Advisory Board Partnership Package
Advisory Packages are designed for established "small" businesses that are experiencing the need for additional expert support in core areas such as Human Resources, Accounting, IT, Legal and more) in the absence of established executive level staff.
Generally, these organizations are run by a self-employed CEO (owner/operator) with 20 or less employees. In addition, the annual gross sales are less
than $1.5M.
Executive Board Partnership Package
Executive Packages are designed for established organizations that are experiencing business hurdles in the areas of growth spurts, stagnation or declining sales.
These organizations are run by either a self-employed CEOs (owner/operator) or an external paid CEO and generally have 20 or more consistent employees and independent contractors. In addition, the annual gross sales are a minimum of $1.5M.
Executive Board Packages include select products from our suite of Essential Business Services.
Custom Partnership Packages may be designed to accommodate unique and sometimes temporary circumstances of an organization where a higher than usual volume and/or wider variety of services are required.
